How to order on line

When you order Hawaiian flowers and gifts you can place your order on line at any convenient time. Our checkout form includes a calendar that allows you to select your delivery date. This can be up to a year in advance so you can order and relax.

Our on line ordering system is secure. We don’t see or store your credit card. So if you need to make a change please call; we can’t just charge your card.

At checkout you can:

  • Select your delivery date and tell us what to do if we can’t deliver that exact date (because your order came late or it’s weekend or holiday for FedEx)
  • Add a personal gift note
  • Add any comments to help us make your order perfect

Most Hawaiian flowers are available year round. Some such as protea are seasonal. Others like bird of paradise are dependent on weather. So we ask you to allow us to substitute a comparable flower if your exact choice is not available.

Call Us

Call us at (866) 528-2269 any time. If we don’t pick up we are either on another call or it could be due to the time difference between Hawaii and your location. So please leave a message including your location and we will call right back or at the appropriate time.

Order Handling:

When you place your order you will have immediate confirmation by email. Please double check to make sure everything is correct. If not, please let us know ASAP. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

If there is a problem filling your order we’ll let you know. Once FedEx picks up your package we’ll send you a shipping confirmation by email. This will include a link to track your package. You can get updates from the FedEx website. We track packages as well to make sure they all arrive safely and on time.

Ordering Ahead of Time

It is better to order early. Especially during Mother’s Day, graduation, Valentine’s and Christmas. We cancel too many last minute orders because we’re out of flowers or FedEx can’t make the delivery date.

We suggest having event orders arrive the day before. This includes weddings, luaus, graduation, etc. If your event is on a Sunday have the flowers arrive Friday. Leis and loose orchids can be refrigerated and will be fine.

Customer Committment

Flower orders will include care instruction with arranging ideas. If you choose to add a gift note we’ll include that, too. We don’t include company sales material or pricing information since most of our orders are for gifts. Some orders arrive with unsigned or no gift notes. This can cause us to get a phone call. We will share who the gift was from unless you specifically ask us not to in the comments.

We don’t sell or give away your email or other information. If you join our email list we’ll send you a newsletter a few times a year with specials and discounts. You can unsubscribe with one click any time. Emails may also come from our sister site With Our Aloha.

We ask for a recipient’s phone number in case FedEx has trouble finding or entering the address. This also helps if there was an address error in your order. Otherwise we are not going to call for sales or marketing purposes.

We appreciate your business and support for our Hawaiian farms and craftsmen. We want your experience to be one you would like to repeat whether for gifts or for your own home. So if there is any problem with our service or product please let us know immediately.

If you give us the wrong address there is a $25 correction fee. Your order may be delayed. We will email you an invoice and hold the package at FedEx until paid.
