Our fresh Hawaiian tropical flowers are grown here in Hawaii and ship directly to you from our growers and farms. Each stem must be cleaned, inspected and wrapped to insure quality and freshness. Our leis are hand made on the day of shipment and packed in floral wrap. Your shipping costs include all handling and packaging materials and you can add insulation during cold weather or cold packs during hot to keep your flowers and leis fresh during shipment.
FedEx is our primary carrier and they pickup around noon each weekday in Hilo. We may use UPS for last minute orders as their pickup is a bit later, though they do not offer overnight service to the west coast.
You can order up to a year in advance. When you complete your order on the web site you can tell us when you would like the order to arrive and we will select the shipping date according to your location and shipping method.
We will email a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. You can track your package on line or ask FedEx to send you an email when you package is delivered.
We ship on weekdays only for delivery on weekdays only. FedEx will not deliver on Sunday's or Federal Holidays. Saturday delivery is not recommended should only be used for last minute orders as there is an extra cost. FedEx does not deliver to a PO box.

We offer a variety of different shipping methods so you may better plan the arrival of your shipment.
For leis and flowers, we always recommend the fastest shipping method possible, which is FedEx Express or FedEx Priority shipping.

FedEx Economy Air typically arrives no later than 7:00pm on the second business day after shipment for all areas.
FedEx Standard Air typically arrives no later than 4:30pm on the next business day after shipment for west coast areas. It will arrive before 4:30pm on the second business day for all other destinations.
FedEx Priority Air typically arrives no later than 12:00noon on the next business day after shipment for west coast areas. It will arrive before 12:00pm on the second business day for all other destinations.

FedEx does not deliver on weekends or Federal Holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day) California performs agriculture inspections on most packages, especially maile, and will not inspect a package that arrives on a state holiday.

To help keep the total price lower we do not generally include shipping costs with the item (other than monthly memberships. The shopping cart calculates based upon the weight of the package that will be shipped as well as the packing material and labor.
Shipping is added to your final price at 'check out' in the shopping cart. There are three shipping options along with the cost for each which we present before you make payment and complete your order.

If you need to make a change to your shipping after your order has been placed the buttons below will allow you to do so without calling. You will receive and email receipt and confirmation after making the change. Please make any changes one day or more before your scheduled ship date.

We generally recommend that your flowers and leis arrive the day before you need them, or on Friday for a weekend event. We include care instructions to help you maximize the life of your flowers.
Ali'i Flowers will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather, labor disputes, strikes, local service disruption, national service disruption, acts of war, acts of terrorism or regulatory clearance delays. FedEx policy for flowers and leis is that if they are less than 12 hours late we cannot file a claim for the items, only for the shipping costs.
If your order is received and shipped with an incorrect, undeliverable (PO box) or incomplete delivery address a $15.00 charge is required to make the needed adjustments with FedEx and to have them complete the delivery. Ali'i Flowers will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to incomplete addresses provided by with your order.
If your package is undeliverable as addressed, or refused or sent back under our shipping account for any reason, a $15.00 re-routing fee applies, as well as the return shipping charge. Once the package has been returned safely to us, if the items are in saleable condition, we can credit you account for those items only. In that case shipping charges are not refundable and fresh flowers and leis are not refundable.
Because our fresh flowers and leis are perishable, Ali'i Flowers will not be held responsible for the condition of any shipment that was left without a signature required for delivery.
